The Everton Park Library project has set out to redefine the role of a modern community hub. Our team spearheaded a transformation that included the use of innovative materials like aluminium sculptform cladding and intricate timber interior work, complemented by custom-designed light fixtures.
Driven by extensive customer research, the renovation addressed key community needs, from enhancing parking and accessibility to expanding the library’s size and fostering a stronger connection to the outdoors. Sustainability was a core focus, with the integration of energy-efficient lighting and air conditioning systems, alongside strategic building orientation to optimize natural light and minimize energy consumption.
